PRIVACY POLICY
This document describes the privacy policy for the site medicalexpert.com.ua (hereinafter - the Site). This document explains what types of information may be collected and stored on the Site, and how this information may be used and provided.
Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is information or a collection of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.
The visitor may be asked to enter personal data for the purposes of registration on the Site.
After filling out the feedback form posted on the Site, it is considered that the visitor has given his consent to the processing of his personal and contact data by Medical Expert.
Personal data of visitors can be stored for 3 years.
The Site records the domain name or IP address of the visitor's computer, access date, files (file name and URL), HTTP response code and the website from which the visitor entered the Site, the number of bytes transferred during session
Cookies are used during the operation of the Site, which ensure the support of security functions and their launch. Cookies also allow tracking of violations of the privacy policy and terms of use of the Site by visitors/their devices.
With the help of the Google Analytics system, statistics about visits to the Site are collected, such as the pages visited, the number of page views, the information that was downloaded, the domains of the Internet providers and the countries of origin of the visitors, as well as the addresses of the websites visited before and after Site, etc. None of these actions are linked to the visitor personally and are measured only in aggregate.
The receiving party undertakes:
- Use the Information of the Disclosing Party exclusively to achieve the Purpose discussed in this Agreement.
- Do not copy or reproduce the documents without the written permission of the Disclosing Party, except when such copies are necessary to achieve the Purpose discussed in this Agreement.
- Notify the Information of the Disclosing Party only to those employees who need it to perform tasks to achieve the Goal.
- Not to disclose the Information of the Disclosing Party to any third Party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party, except for cases established by the legislation of Ukraine.
- Take all necessary measures to protect the Information from its disclosure to third parties.
- The Receiving Party guarantees the fulfillment of obligations to protect against unauthorized disclosure of the Information of the Disclosing Party.
- The Receiving Party will take all necessary measures to prevent full or partial disclosure of the received Information and third parties' familiarization with it without the written consent of the Disclosing Party.
- The Receiving Party is not responsible for the disclosure of Information to officials of state bodies, which is provided for by a regulatory act, motivated by a written appeal of state bodies acting within their competence, a court decision, in such a case, the Receiving Party undertakes to notify the Disclosing Party in advance before disclosing the relevant Information.
